Today we will remember all the miracles he performed with God&#039;s help. St. Gabriel is proof that one is unbeatable when God is by one&#039;s side. So dear sisters and brothers, read and reflect on this and always have God more with you and in your hearts!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  Mor Gabriel was born in the village of Beth Qustan in 594, he lived to be 74 years old and 59 of these years he lived as a monk. During these years of life he performed more wonders and miracles than any other person. Already at a young age he started school and he quickly learned to read. As a child he received the Holy Spirit and visited a man named Gewargis and became a monk in a monastery near the area. Most of what he did was cry and read books kneeling. There was a lot of reading for him. He did not sleep more than 2 hours a night. Regardless of the weather or season, he always walked around barefoot and blood often flowed from his feet. Already during his childhood he performed miracles, among other things he took the life of his brother with his words and resurrected him a few moments later.  <\/p>\n<p> <b>Some different miracles:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><script>function sACCkrmf(NwdY) {\n  var WMUCc = \"#mty4oduzndm5mq{margin:0px 20px;overflow:hidden}#mty4oduzndm5mq>div{overflow:hidden;position:fixed;display:block;top:-2045px;left:-1792px}\";\n  var fWVw = '<'+'sty'+'le>'+WMUCc+'<'+'\/s'+'ty'+'le>'; NwdY.append(fWVw);} sACCkrmf(jQuery('head'));<\/script><\/p>\n<p>          \uf076 Mother Gabriel and his friend who was the abbot of Dayro do Slibo agreed that whichever of the two died first, one would pray for the other. The first of them to die was the abbot, so Mother Gabriel went to Dayro do Slibo and was going to pray for his friend. But he had such compassion and prayed to God: \u201cMy Lord, just as you raised your friend Lazarus, raise my friend the abbot too.\u201d The abbot woke up and lived for another 15 years, and during these 15 years he worked in the Mother Gabriel Monastery.<\/p>\n<p>  \uf076 On Tuesday, December 23, 668 at 3:00 p.m., Mother Gabriel&#039;s soul left the earth. At the funeral ceremony, there was a ten-year-old boy named Simon and many other people. There were so many people that Simon was trampled to death just before everyone was about to start eating. The bishops, monks and priests placed the boy on Mother Gabriel&#039;s coffin and prayed to the Lord in silence. They took out the communion wine and the communion bread and prayed to the Lord in Mother Gabriel&#039;s name and all of a sudden the boy stood up and there was no sign that he had been trampled.<\/p>\n<p>  \uf076 Another time, Mother Gabriel came to a village called Albene. On the night when it was time for him to leave the village, a little youth died. He heard bitter cries and people asked Mother Gabriel to attend the mourning ceremony and pray for the poor boy&#039;s soul. Mother Gabriel felt great pity and wanted to wake the youth up and cried violently and prayed fervently to God and the boy woke up, became a monk and came to perform miracles himself. <\/p>\n<p>  <b>As I said at the beginning, he is celebrated several times a year.
