Terms and conditions
Here you will find information about ordering, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, returns and complaints when you shop at SOKU.
These terms and conditions apply when you, as a private individual, purchase products via SOKU's website. By making a purchase, you accept the terms and conditions below.

Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). The price displayed in the online store is the price applicable at the time of ordering, including taxes and fees that must be included by law.
Any shipping costs and the total cost of the order are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Order and order confirmation
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided.
Please check the order confirmation and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
Delivery
Available delivery options, shipping costs and any estimated delivery time are displayed in connection with the purchase.
If a delivery is significantly delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal
When you shop remotely, you as a consumer generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.
For goods, the cancellation period normally starts from the day you receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason for your cancellation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our website. Cancel purchase and notifies us before the withdrawal period has expired.
Returns if purchase is cancelled
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the purchase, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than within the time period specified in applicable consumer legislation.
The product should be handled with care. You may examine the product in the same way as you would have done in a physical store. If the product has been handled more than necessary, the compensation may in some cases be reduced corresponding to the decrease in value of the product.
The customer is responsible for return shipping for a regular cancelled purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Refund
When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments that are refundable under applicable law.
The refund is normally made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that they have been sent back.
Complaint
If a product is faulty or damaged, you have the right to complain about it according to Swedish consumer law.
Contact us at kansliet@soku.org and please provide the order number and a description of the error. Please attach pictures if it makes it easier to assess the case.
Unclaimed shipments
A package that is not picked up does not automatically count as a notification that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Therefore, always contact us if you wish to cancel your purchase. In the event of a new delivery, a new shipping cost may apply.
Dispute and applicable law
We always try to resolve any problems together with you. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the consumer can, when the matter falls within the board's jurisdiction, turn to the Swedish General Complaints Board (ARN).
Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions.
